Shipping & Returns Policy

 Cancellation Policy

 

Can I cancel/change my order:  You may cancel or change your order anytime before your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you are no longer allowed to change or cancel your order.   To request changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via “Contact Us” form.

 

Once your order is placed, items are usually shipped between 1-3 business days.   If you want to cancel an order, you must call or email us prior to receiving shipping confirmation.  

 

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:  All products are hand-crafted and made to order.  After payment confirmation, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and wholesale items 5-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated as out of stock.  Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding wholesale items) of processing and production time for your order to ship out.  Processing time excludes the time for shipping.  

 

Shipping Time:  Orders usually arrive  3-7 days after receiving shipping confirmation.  This depends on the customer's location excluding weekends, processing time and holidays.   If you still have not received your purchase after the 10 business days, please notify us at "Contact Us @ Becomeherbeauty.com.   We do not guarantee shipping times as the carrier may be experiencing a delay which we can not control.

 

Shipping Methods: All domestic orders are shipped daily via USPS Priority mail or UPS.  Orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Priority shipping does not expedite the processing stage.

 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Shipping Issues: In the event of shipping delays or issues, please contact our customer support team at Contact Us @Becomeherbeauty.com for assistance.

 

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with federal health regulations, we do not offer refunds on any merchandise once your order has been processed and shipping confirmation has been sent.

 

We highly encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase, including your shipping address and product selection. If you have any concerns or issues prior to placing your order,

 

please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service within 24 hrs of delivery for assistance. We may request returned items along with photos of the damaged item for verification. 

Invalid Address  

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide during purchase is where you would like to have your shipment sent. All orders will be sent to the address listed on order.  We are not responsible for invalid addresses or items that are delivered to the incorrect address due to an error on the customers part.  If you notice that you have provided the wrong address, please reach out to us as soon as possible.  We are not able to change your address once the order has been printed and shipped.   Once your order has been shipped and the address is invalid, and your product is shipped back to us, you will be given a store credit for the same items to the email we have on file. However, if we don’t receive the item back, after your package has been shipped, it is YOUR responsibility to  contact your local USPS office to locate the package.  USPS to relocate your parcel and re-deliver it to you.  We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.  You will contact your carrier.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages  

 

WE ARE  NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. 

 

 We are not responsible for unclaimed packages
